2. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label (or instructions)
3. Ship the item back in its original condition
4. We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the return

• Unopened, unused items
• Items in original packaging
• Items without damage caused by misuse

What's Not Returnable

• Items opened or used
• Items damaged by mishandling
• Custom or personalized orders
